RAINFOREST WORLD TRIP RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
POLICY
1. A 50% depost is required at time of reservation.
Payments should be made through the payment page on
our website. Payments will be confirmed via E-mail.
2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than
30 days prior to trip date.
3. If guest cancels 60 days or more before the date
of trip, a full refund will be credited MINUS a 10%
administrative fee based on the total cost of the
trip.
4. If guest cancels between 30 and 60 days before
the date of trip, a full refund will be credited
MINUS a 20% fee based on the total cost of the trip.
5. If guest cancels less than 30 days before trip
date a refund will be credited MINUS a 30% fee based
on total cost of the trip
